Accessibility at ShulGrants

We want every person doing grant work for their organization to be able to use ShulGrants, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion.

What we do

  • We design and test the public website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
  • Text and essential interface colors are checked for sufficient contrast.
  • Every control can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Status and progress are communicated with words and icons, not color alone.
  • The site remains readable and usable when zoomed, when text is enlarged, and on small screens.
  • Motion respects the operating-system setting that requests reduced motion.
  • We do not use an accessibility overlay, toolbar, or automated remediation widget.

Known limitations

  • Testing combines automated checks with manual keyboard and zoom review. Automated checks alone cannot confirm accessibility, so we do not describe the site as certified.
  • Illustrative product screenshots on this site are presented as single images with a text description, rather than as detailed interactive examples.
  • Documents that your own organization uploads into a workspace are under your control, and their accessibility depends on the file you supply.
