Yes. Every person uses their own individual login, and roles determine what each person can see and do. Accounts are never shared.
Someone requests access with an address on the organization's verified domain, and an existing administrator reviews and approves or denies the request. A matching email domain alone never grants access, and new members see no organization data before approval. An owner or administrator can also invite a specific person directly, including an outside collaborator at any exact email address.

Your data, memberships, roles, and security settings stay exactly as they are. Members see a subscription-required message, and owners keep access to billing, account, security, and data export so they can activate a subscription whenever they are ready.
People creating an organization or requesting access on their own must use an address on the organization's verified domain. An owner or administrator may invite an outside collaborator, such as a grant consultant or architect, at any exact email address, including Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.com. Outside collaborators sign in only through that exact invited address, must verify it, must set up an authenticator app, and cannot be owners or administrators. A personal address a member adds for notifications stays notification-only and cannot be used to sign in.
