By creating an account or using ShulGrants, your organization agrees to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Accounts

  • Each person must use their own individual account. Accounts may not be shared.
  • People creating an organization or requesting access on their own must use an address on the organization's verified domain.
  • An organization owner or administrator may invite an outside collaborator at any exact email address. Outside collaborators may sign in only through that exact invited address, must verify it, must set up multi-factor authentication, and cannot be organization owners or administrators.
  • A personal notification address added by a member remains notification-only and cannot be used to sign in.
  • Multi-factor authentication is required. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, authenticator device, and recovery codes.
  • Membership in an existing workspace requires approval by an administrator of that organization.

Trial and subscription

  • A 14-day free trial begins when the first administrator creates the organization workspace. The trial belongs to the organization, not to an individual, and it is not renewed by adding or recreating accounts.
  • After the trial, continued use of paid grant-management features requires an active subscription at $29 per active user per month.
  • An active user is an approved organization member who can sign in. Pending, invited, denied, removed, and suspended accounts are not billed.
  • Seat changes are prorated according to the configured subscription behavior. Owners may cancel at any time, and access continues through the period already paid for.
  • When a trial or subscription ends, organization data, memberships, roles, and security settings are preserved, and owners keep access to billing, account, security, and data export.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with the service, circumvent access controls, or upload unlawful content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records your organization enters.

What ShulGrants is not

ShulGrants helps organizations manage their grant processes. It does not replace the grant agreement, official program guidance, legal advice, accounting advice, or instructions from the awarding agency. ShulGrants is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by FEMA or any government agency, and is not a law firm, accounting firm, or grant-writing firm. ShulGrants does not guarantee that a grant, reimbursement, or compliance outcome will be obtained.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ShulGrants is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Questions can be sent through our contact form.
